Suspension Prevention Program
This program will allow Mentee's to get an unambiguous understanding as to why their actions has lead up to the consequences of their actions due to making an irrational decision by teaching them different skills on rational thinking Patterns and excepting change in their life. The Students will also be evaluated to monitor further progress and to better assist school officials on each child’s mental and physical stability to help prevent any further suspension. Suspension Prevention will have an effective outcome to reduce the suspension rate of Mentee's in our community.
Truancy Prevention Program
This program is designed to educate Mentee's of the negative consequences on not attending school can have a damaging affect in their life. As we know there are hundreds of kids not attending school throughout our community daily. Mentee's have several reasons as to why…. Whether it be home neglect, bullying, peer pressure, or just need a little direction. Truancy Prevention will have an effective outcome to reduce the suspension rate of Mentee's in our community.
Community Outreach Programs
This program is designed for community leaders from all different walks of life who all share different testimonies. That made them become Triumphant in life throughout our area to come and share their life experiences to our Mentee's to help Mentee's better understand life trials and tribulations. We are living in a community today where a lot of our youth are feeling neglected and forgotten. A sense of no one cares. Community Outreach Program will give our Mentee's an opportunity to hear the struggles, pain, and emptiness of community leaders who has experienced the same struggles and obstacles in life who has made a change in their life to remind our Mentee's that they too can be a triumphant leader in their community some day and help increase the graduation rate in our community.
Education to Triumph Program
This program is designed to help teach and prepare our Mentee's for life after High School by providing our Mentee's with all the tools, resources and assistance they need to further their career in life after High School. also teach skills on balancing their lifestyle. Education to Triumph Program Will Increase the graduation rate in our community and give our Mentee's the ability to feel confident in perusing the next chapters in their life before becoming an adult so that they are able to be the best Triumphant Leaders that they can possibly be and reach the highest levels in their life to be reached.
Parent/Mentee Advocacy Program
This program is designed to assist parents and Mentee's in any school related issues dealing with Misconduct, neglect, bullying, fighting, suspensions. Also, frequent school visits to assure that our Mentee's are given equal opportunities in being educated to excel to be triumphant in life. As we all know our school systems and our local communities is struggling trying to understand the mental stability and capability of our youth to educate our youth today. Our youth today is faced with multiple challenges and temptations daily. it is vital that as their Triumphant Leaders we do whatever it takes to help guide our youth to be the best that they can be in life to reach the highest level of triumph that they can possibly reach. Parents do sometimes get overwhelmed and just need a little extra support in their child(s) education and life. Triumphant Leaders is here to assist in these troubling times. Parent/ Mentee Advocacy Program will be very affective in making sure our Mentees are being treated fairly and parents will have a resource that can assist them with any issues that might make them feel uncomfortable dealing with school officials to assure that everyone is given equal opportunities and be a mediator in these situations.
Community Service Hours Program
This program is designed to help High School mentee's earn community service hours before graduation by volunteering their time helping younger Mentee's with homework assistance and other areas that the Mentee might be struggling with in their life. Also, to help build up our future Triumphant Leaders integrity to be a role model to our younger generation as they come up facing the same challenges that they were faced with as a younger child. Anyone can be a positive role model in their community with the adequate guidance and leadership from other Triumphant Leaders in their Community. Community Service Hours Program will be effective in our community because together we will all can be Triumphant!
Re-Entry to Triumph Program
This program is designed to help youth get back on track after falling to adversity in our communities. A lot of our youth today are arrested and prosecuted at young ages and some never get the opportunity to live a young adult life. Re–Entry to Triumph Program will be effective in our community assuring our youth will receive guidance and leadership after bad choices resulted into negative consequences.
Senior Leaders Program
Will provide outreach and activities for our Senior Citizens in our community. Our goal is to assist our seniors with life challenges that may have an impact on their day to day life by providing tools, resources, activities and outreach that can also help them remain the Triumphant leaders that they are in our community. We want to show our Senior Leaders that #SeniorLivesMatters as well as our youth and young adults.
