What a better way to stay healthy & in shape to enhance your values to living a balanced life. "Double Dutch" is an historic activity that has skipped a generation; now it is time to introduce it back to our newer generation.
Through many walks of life; humans just may have to jump through and duck a few hurdles in order to become Triumphant in life. By giving our young women the opportunity to have fun; enjoying life while learning the basic concepts and skills to become beautiful and etiquette women in their future. Our young women will know how and what it takes to become phenomenal women in their lives!
